Youth training.

Physical literacy is an important skill to develop in youth to help them grow with positive habits and an excitement around fitness. Health doesn't have an age limit, and neither should access to quality training and support.

At PR Fitness, our youth training focuses on age-appropriate exercises that emphasize proper form and coordination which allows youth to build a solid fitness foundation.

We train youth that have high performance sporting goals, that are working on general fitness, or that are looking to make healthy changes in their lives through joining a gym community. Our trainers make youth fitness engaging and fun while still teaching real skills they'll carry with them throughout their life.

Beyond the physical benefits, we're helping them build discipline, confidence in their bodies, and allowing them to discover that putting in effort feels good. These are formative years, and we take that seriously. We want them to leave here feeling confident, strong, and excited about what they can accomplish.
