About PR Fitness Studio

PR Fitness was founded back in 2016. With the opening of our new studio in 2021, we asked ourselves what is vitally important to our clients, and we arrived at an efficient and effective method.  Above all, we've made it our mission to teach the world how to build strength, character and spirit through focused fitness. 

 Our holistic approach to fitness sets us apart from any other Gym based in the Lower Mainland.  We look at the big picture and combine the best aspects of all types of fitness facilities to embody this approach and redefine what a state-of-the-art Studio can be. Since showing up can be the hardest part, we strive to ensure that everything else is taken care of by us. Whether you're new to this or a master of the craft, PR Fitness Studio can help wash away the stresses and shape a stronger, better you.  Visit us, and you will see for yourself. 



PR Fitness is embedded in the white rock community. We are passionate about serving our clients from the ages of 10 all the way to 90. Whatever your goal whether it is mobility, strength, endurance weight loss or simply just looking and feeling your best, we are here to help.  


There are few things as rewarding as setting a goal and reaching it. Our team of professionals uses their years of experience and knowledge to create lasting and rewarding relationships with our Clients, helping them to set and achieve their fitness goals. Just imagine how you're going to feel once you achieve yours. We are mindful of the fact that there are many ways to track progress that go beyond the scale!

Class Schedule

Looking for an experience that engages every part of your mind and body? It all happens here. Drop in for a group class and see for yourself. We offer a selection of affordable options for you to come in and enjoy our clean, fully equipped Gym.

We will be expanding our group class schedule in September 2022 to include a variety of fun and engaging workouts at a variety of times. Each class will run 60 minutes long and will include options for a light or heavy workout based on your needs and fitness level. The small group setting is perfect for anyone who wants to workout with like-minded individuals while still having the ability to go at their own pace.
