Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people from all walks of life and constantly adapting my programs to the needs of my new athletes.

As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations.  I aim to transform your body and empower you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health while showing you that you can accomplish anything you put your mind to!

Certified Fitness Trainer 

Dave is a certified personal trainer and online fitness coach through the ISSA, he is very excited to work with his clients and help them change their lives! 


For the past 25 years, he has immersed himself in the fitness industry, seeking knowledge daily on every aspect of exercise and nutrition. Over the years he has realized his passion for fitness not only came from improving his own health but also from helping others with their fitness journeys. 

Dave has experience in training people from all different backgrounds. With specialization in body recomposition, mobility, strength, power development and bodybuilding. Whether you're new to the gym or a seasoned athlete, Dave can get you long-term results in a program that's tailored to your specific goals.


Tunga Dorjnamjil

Certified Fitness Trainer 

Tunga is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She also has certifications in Group Training, Yoga, Pilates and Nutrition! 

Tauna has worked in the fitness industry for a few years but has always lived an active lifestyle. In addition to her formal education and professional experience, she dedicated herself to promoting and helping her clients to live an active and healthy lifestyle. 

During her time in the industry, she has noticed that most people believe being healthy and being fit are the same. However, Tunga believes they can be separate states of physical beings. You can be fit, but not very healthy, and you can be very healthy, but not very fit. As a personal trainer, she tries to deliver to her clients the importance of being healthy and fit and understand it individually.

 No matter what your goal, Tunga is here and ready to help you get in the best shape of your life!

Serouj Dirassoyan

Certified Fitness Trainer 

Serj is a NASM-certified personal trainer with specializations in Performance Enhancement, Corrective Exercises, and S.A.Q.

During his teenage years, he competed in U19 soccer and won medals in 100/200-meter sprint races in high school.


Serj is also a highly experienced Registered Nurse with over ten years of expertise. Throughout his nursing career, he has worked with a diverse range of patients and realized the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle. Serj has observed that many health issues stem from unhealthy habits and lack of physical activity. He is skilled in training clients with different objectives and requirements, but his area of specialization is Athletic Performance, Plyometrics, and Conditioning. Serj can be your reliable guide and offer excellent motivation whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or enhance your sports performance.

Certified Fitness Trainer 

Sammy is an ISSA-certified personal trainer who has a deep-rooted passion for fitness, he also has his nutrition certification through ISSA.


After undergoing his own personal fitness transformation right here at PR Fitness Studio, he fell in love with the craft and decided to embark on a career in personal training. He is pursuing a psychology degree while also working with us at the studio. He focuses on boosting lean muscle mass, stability training, functional training and helping others achieve their own transformation.


Sammy aims to help people succeed in both the physical and mental aspects of their lives. He firmly believes that consistency and a positive mindset can help anyone reach their fullest potential. Sammy is dedicated to overcoming life's obstacles and enjoys assisting individuals in all facets of their lives. Most importantly, Sammy wishes to bring happiness and fulfillment to the lives of those he trains.

Ramneek Bindra

Certified Fitness Trainer 

Ramneek is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer who believes that quality daily movement is necessary for health and fitness. She specializes in strength and circuit training and emphasizes the importance of consistency in maintaining a healthy diet.


Having overcome many health challenges, she understands the powerful role of motivation and dedication to health and fitness while aligning your specific exercise program goals to an achievable reality.


Ramneek is a testament to exercising regularly. Through managing her own diabetes and celiac condition, she truly inspires others to live a healthy lifestyle to collaborate in a trainer/client relationship, mindful of real tangible fitness goals through an enjoyable gym experience leading to better health.

David Wongsam

Certified Fitness Trainer 

David is a certified personal trainer under CanFitPro and is a graduate from college with a diploma in Sports Science.

He has many years of experience practicing in martial arts, other sports disciplines and weight/strength and conditioning training.

His main motivator is to help others to reach their health and fitness goals. He is always willing to lend a helping hand to individuals to reach their goals.
