Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people from all walks of life and constantly adapting my programs to the needs of my new athletes.

As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations.  I aim to transform your body and empower you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health while showing you that you can accomplish anything you put your mind to!

Tunga Dorjnamjil

Certified Fitness Trainer 

Tunga is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She also has certifications in Group Training, Yoga, Pilates and Nutrition! 

Tauna has worked in the fitness industry for a few years but has always lived an active lifestyle. In addition to her formal education and professional experience, she dedicated herself to promoting and helping her clients to live an active and healthy lifestyle. 

During her time in the industry, she has noticed that most people believe being healthy and being fit are the same. However, Tunga believes they can be separate states of physical beings. You can be fit, but not very healthy, and you can be very healthy, but not very fit. As a personal trainer, she tries to deliver to her clients the importance of being healthy and fit and understand it individually.

 No matter what your goal, Tunga is here and ready to help you get in the best shape of your life!

Certified Fitness Trainer 

Steve is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has experience in training people from all different backgrounds. With specialization in body recomposition, mobility, strength and power development. Whether you're new to the gym or a seasoned athlete, Steve can get you long term results in a program that's tailored to your specific goals.

As a kid, Steve grew up playing sports but for many years after high school he  became inactive and put on weight. After years of being sedentary and nearing obesity, it was his roommate at the time that played basketball for fun who convinced him to make a change. All he needed was just a door slightly open to make the push. Steve's goal as a trainer is to be that unlocked door. Gaining an interest in an active lifestyle isn't an easy change to make, but is one that is important for longevity and happiness in life. He is here to help.

Josie LeMoignan

Certified Fitness Trainer 

Josie is certified by the Global Personal Training Academy through the British Columbia Personal Training Institute. She is also a certified practitioner of DotFIT nutrition. 

Upon becoming more passionate about fitness as a result of her personal fitness journey, Josie transitioned from equestrian training to health and wellness training. It is her goal to make a positive impact on the lives of her clients, helping them to become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves. All of her workout programs are tailored to the specific needs of each client and, most importantly, they are fun! She would love to help you change your life in the most efficient and realistic way possible.



Varinder Gill

Certified Fitness Trainer 

Varinder is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has been active in the fitness community for the past five years. His journey started when he wanted to make a personal change toward a healthy lifestyle, so he became involved in sports such as hockey and basketball. From there, he focused on increasing his strength and muscle mass through training with other highly knowledgeable professionals. 

Varinder strives to provide his clients with a holistic approach to training involving exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle considerations. He emphasizes finding a healthy balance between indulging in life's pleasures and staying fit. A constant focus of his is staying informed of the latest fitness research so that he can tailor each workout to the client's individual needs. Varinder is excited to build a relationship with his clients at PR Fitness Studio and looks forward to positively impacting people's lives.
