I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people from all walks of life and constantly adapting my programs to the needs of my new athletes.

As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations.  I aim to transform your body and empower you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health while showing you that you can accomplish anything you put your mind to!

Personal Trainer & Boxing Coach

Aza is an NCCP certified boxing coach with an extensive athletic background and love for overall fitness.

A sport that can sometimes be intimidating, Aza aims to make boxing accessible and enjoyable for everyone while accommodating and assisting clients in reaching their goals.

Aza is passionate about movement and mental health and wants to introduce boxing to all individuals for its benefits in cardiovascular health, mental strength, full-body strength, mobility, coordination, and confidence.

If you’ve never boxed before but have always wanted to try it out. Or if you’re a seasoned veteran and would like to put in some serious work, Aza has got you covered!

Dave is a certified personal trainer and online fitness coach through the ISSA, he is very excited to work with his clients and help them change their lives! 

For the past 25 years, he has immersed himself in the fitness industry, seeking knowledge daily on every aspect of exercise and nutrition. Over the years he has realized his passion for fitness not only came from improving his own health but also from helping others with their fitness journeys. 

Dave has experience in training people from all different backgrounds. With specialization in body recomposition, mobility, strength, power development and bodybuilding. Whether you're new to the gym or a seasoned athlete, Dave can get you long-term results in a program that's tailored to your specific goals.

Amanda is an ACE certified personal trainer with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition. Additionally, she has over 12 years of experience in kickboxing having earned her 2nd degree black belt.

Her own fitness journey started over 5 years ago when she started weight training to supplement her kickboxing training. She believes that fitness should complement your lifestyle — whatever that looks like for you. She values the emphasis of consistency and hard work to be successful.

Whether you are interested in learning how to build muscle and strength through lifting or learn some kickboxing, she wants to help you explore what you are truly capable of and become the best version of yourself.

Certified Fitness Trainer 

Daniel is a CSEP-certified personal trainer with a diverse skillset across many areas of fitness. He believes that physical health should not only be something people are interested in, but truly a way of life.

After the COVID-19 outbreak, Daniel, like many teens and young adults at the time, began taking his personal health and fitness more seriously. He set out on what has now become a five-year fitness journey that has led him toward completing a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and becoming a certified personal trainer. Along the way, he has continued to grow his passion and knowledge for health and fitness and enjoys sharing that knowledge with everyone he works with.
Daniel integrates the latest research and evidence-based practices into his training and programming for clients.

Through both his degree and what he has seen across the fitness industry and social media, Daniel believes that fitness should not be overly complicated. Instead, it should be tailored to the individual. He believes everyone brings something unique to the table and encourages collaboration with clients to build programs that truly support their goals.

Certified Fitness Trainer

Jazmin is a certified personal trainer through Douglas College with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. Her passion for health and strength stems from her own transformation, knowing what it’s like to feel insecure and discovering firsthand how fitness can completely change your confidence and mindset.

With a background that spans 14 years of martial arts, Jazmin holds a 3rd degree black belt in Taekwondo and has competed at the World Championships. She has also stepped on stage for four bodybuilding competitions, bringing a unique mix of discipline, strength, and body awareness to her coaching.

Jazmin specializes in helping women recomp their bodies by building lean muscle, reducing body fat, and unlocking their full potential both physically and mentally. Her goal is to empower women to feel strong, confident, and proud of the person they see in the mirror.

Certified Fitness Trainer

With over 13 years of experience, Gil has worked as a strength and conditioning coach, judo coach, and personal trainer, coaching athletes from the high school level through to university and professional ranks. He also holds an international license in First Aid, CPR, and AED, and previously served as a licensed First Aid instructor.

Gil has completed a five-year degree in Sports Science and has fulfilled all academic requirements for a Master’s Degree in Human Movement Science. He was a university-level judo athlete for five years and is a second-degree black belt in Judo.

He specializes in sports-specific conditioning, strength training, muscle building, weight loss, mobility, and performance training. Every program he designs is structured, science-based, and results-driven.

Gil’s journey began with a focus on athletic performance and physical aesthetics. What continues to drive him today is his daughter—he now trains with a greater purpose: to be a strong role model for her and to embody the lifestyle he coaches.
