In our Boxing / Kickboxing sessions, we teach you the fundamentals from the ground up.

Proper stance, how to throw a punch, footwork, combinations, and how to move with intention and control. Your trainer is there to guide you through it all!  It's a full-body workout that builds strength, endurance, coordination, and mental toughness. It's a way to release stress, challenge yourself, and discover a side of yourself you might not have known was there.

Boxing and kickboxing training is a really great way to add variety into your fitness!
