Our Group Class Styles​
Strength & Conditioning
Strength & Conditioning classes focus on building total-body strength, power, and cardiovascular capacity. Sessions include structured resistance training, functional compound movements, and conditioning-based work designed to improve endurance, work capacity, and overall athletic performance.
While workouts are challenging, proper movement mechanics and technique are always prioritized. Coaches provide guidance, corrections, and progressions to ensure training is both effective and sustainable.

Bootcamp
Bootcamp classes are fast-paced, high-energy workouts designed to challenge cardiovascular endurance, strength, and overall conditioning. Expect circuits, timed intervals, and full-body movements that keep workouts dynamic and engaging.
All exercises are scalable, allowing participants to train at their own level while still being challenged. These classes are ideal for those who enjoy a motivating atmosphere and a more intense style of training.

Boxing & Kickboxing
Our boxing and kickboxing classes focus on skill development, coordination, and conditioning through pad work, bag work, and controlled drills. Sessions emphasize proper technique, speed, power, and movement efficiency while building confidence in a fun, high-energy setting.
Whether you’re new to striking or looking to refine your skills, these classes offer structured coaching and an engaging way to train.

Training Programs for Every Stage of Life
To create the best experience for every member, we offer dedicated group programs while also encouraging flexibility across classes.

Youth Program
Our Youth Program introduces age-appropriate strength training, movement skills, and boxing and kickboxing fundamentals. Classes are designed to build confidence, coordination, and teamwork while keeping safety and proper technique at the forefront.

Adult Program
Our adult group training includes Strength & Conditioning, Bootcamp, and Boxing & Kickboxing classes. These classes are open to adults of all ages, including those 55+, who prefer a mixed-age training environment.
Members are encouraged to choose the classes that best align with their goals, interests, and comfort level. Our coaches provide clear instruction, progressions, and modifications to ensure every workout is challenging, effective, and appropriate regardless of age or experience.

55+ Program
Our 55+ Program offers classes with a specific focus on strength, mobility, balance, and functional movement in a smaller, peer-based setting. This program is ideal for those who prefer a more targeted approach or a training environment designed specifically around the needs of active adults 55 and over.
Participation in the 55+ Program is always optional. Members aged 55+ are welcome to train in any adult group class and are never limited to this program alone.
